TO DISMISS MISTAKES OF THE PAST & JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS DISREGARDS “WE THE PEOPLE”

I just looked back over my Blog titled, ”Truth Is” When Founded On ‘Actual Facts’ Our Nation Shall Have No ‘Fear,’’ intuitively Black Civil Rights effects on me at my years, in this Nation came to mind. The “Age-old Cliché “We’ve Come a long Way ▬ but, We still got a long way to go” stands out for me because subsequent to Martin Luther King, Jr’s DEATH, TRUTH IS, eventually my Journey down the “Highway of Years” suffered to a Dream “Deferred,” like a Raisin in the Sun, dried up and withered on the vine. That Dream is forever stunted by Complacency (self-satisfied & refuses to work for Improvement) which took me into Dark Places; I lost trust in my FELLOW MAN. There is a stanza in the Song, USA for Africa – We Are The World that says, “We Can’t GO ON PRETENDING DAY-BY-DAY that SOME ONE – SOMEWHERE WILL SOON MAKE A CHANGE.” That “Complacency” led me to that way of thinking; someone will make the Fight for the Injustice I am suffering (make the change). My interest in the Civil Rights struggle gave way to “White backlash,” A topsy-turvy rebellion in which white people with relative societal power perceived themselves as victimized by what they described as overly aggressive African Americans demanding equal rights.

The SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS of White People have fought against the Black-Freedom struggle since the Era Of Reconstruction. They have used; preventive, apocalyptic, slippery-slope arguments to Keep the features of backlash politics to destroy Federal Support for African American civil rights, economic and social equality (cataclysmic overreaction framed as far more dangerous threat to liberty than the injustice that it was designed to address).

Some time ago, I figured out that the rest of my natural life would be lived trying to make-up – to get it right this time. So, at this Stage of my Life it is imperative that I make better decisions. As a “Born-Again” Believer, my consolation and Love fulfills my joy through Humility of Jesus Christ. The “Classic Bibliophile” in me highlights the love and “Special Value” for the Word of God (Bible) and African-American Literature produced in the United States by writers of African descent. The best Decisions comes through “Maturing in wisdom.” WISDOM ▬ “The Ability To Discern Or Judge What Is True, Right, Or Lasting; Insight.” In life, right is right and wrong is wrong.

In Dr. Murdock’s Book, Wisdom Keys, I chose key number one; “What You Tolerate You Cannot Change.” If you settle for a low-paying job, you will not launch out to find a higher-paying one. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the women’s suffrage groups understood this concept. Therefore, they were unwilling to TOLERATE INJUSTICE because they yearned for change. I pray to God for Daily Wisdom. My other choice is this saying; If You Want To Understand The Causes Made In The Past, Look At The Results As They Are Manifest In The Present. And If you Want To Know What Results Will Be Manifest In The Future, Look At The Causes That Exist In The Present.
Taylor Branch; the modern day American author and historian chronicled the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in a Book titled the “King Years.” This is his Life’s Work of twenty-four years (24) and more of writing. He gives us the Most Salient existence of our America’s History back in 1963 -1964. He related to our America’s History Books as “Oatmeal” with dates, and times that deliberately try to make this history inaccessible. America’s History Teachers tells that Students relates to History when it is of a “Personal” origin in one’s life. So, he uses “Storytelling” is “Critical” in “Race Relations,” and explores the Real-Time TRUTH for the conflicts faced by Black People and America’s White Government Officials to expose this Sense of History which designates the Full Sweep of an Extraordinary Transformation Era of the Civil Rights Movement ▬ 1954-1968. The word “Black Race” turned the System Upside Down. American People are fundamentally “Out Of Balance” in our historical understanding of the last 50 years (From January 1963). Our own conscience — determines what we are receptive to; and that degree is much greater than we realize because we have “Blocked a real appreciation for the challenge.” The intellectual content of this era has been “Pigeonholed” in so many respects to make it less meaningful in our everyday lives across the lines which divides us. This is called; “Failed Memory”, Faulty Memory, which was the Dangerous Part Of History that is in that Era. He used the term “Mis-remembering” as it relates to Race Relations between the White and Black races. I’ve heard former President George W. Bush use this term many times in recent day history. Taylor Branch says the American people belief system is stuck in the pervasive sense of shared or stunted perception of some parts of our history when it comes to Slavery.

“On January 1963, George Wallace took office as the Governor of Alabama, and famously pronounced that he would defend segregation today, segregation tomorrow, and defend segregation forever.” He was speaking for a caste system of separation of the White and Black Races that was pervasive throughout the laws and the State Constitutions of all the seven southern states and in many institutions and cultural institutions across the country. This was separation strictly by Race as with the “Jim Crow” laws that governed “segregation” for the White Race. George Wallace pledged to defend segregation forever to maintain the superiority of the White Race; and made it respectable to curse the process of equal rights and play to the fears and resentments that dwelled in the conscious of the White Race. His statements, “Pointed headed bureaucrats who wanted to tell us how to run our business and who we could go to school with were in cahoots with the biased national media that had a racial agenda to help pointed headed liberals and “tax and spends liberals” concentrate all effective power of the central Government in Washington, D.C.” This cynical and blind attitude toward the possibility of Democracy was steeped in the political movements of the “The Redeemers,” which redeemed the South and facilitated the reunification of the North and the South, in order to excuse the “Virulent Racism” of the 19th century, while sacrificing the Black citizens’ progress to a white man’s reunification. To this day, to most of the White Race, the term “Black Race” has the power over their willful unconsciousness that have turned their whole sense of perception upside down. This cynicism has mobilized vociferously across the nation, particularly the southern states and has defended “Segregation” against any and all forces of freedom. In 1964, some 50-plus years ago; the Civil Right movement and Segregation was at an impasse. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s concept of Equal Souls And Equal Votes With One Foot In The Biblical Scripture And One Foot In The Constitution Of The United States Of America was face-to-face with the power of white men whose beliefs were tools of social conditioning borne in knowledge from “The Redeemers” whose hatred and deep-rooted Racism turned the tide of America’s Political Government to these White men. That window for change in history was lost. Branch says, “The Republican Party turned against the spiritual base of Democracy; which was half the Movement’s Inspiration and of Dr. King’s magnificent formula for equal souls and votes. At the Democratic Convention of 1964, the Republican Party, known as the Party of Lincoln, which included 13-African-American Delegates, the ‘Daddy King’s Generation’ known as the Black & Tan Republicans, were kicked out of the Republican National Convention. Barry Goldwater had announced that he would vote against the 1964 Civil Rights Act, not for Racial reasons but because it was the “Usurpation” of State’s rights. Instantly, a new Southern Republican Party, made up of southern White men, sprang forth and took dominance over the National Republican Party along the lines of George Wallace’s rhetoric, which was passed down to them.” The Mississippi Freedom Democrats claimed unfairness and walked out of the National Convention. Carl Sanders and John Connally called President Lyndon Johnson and threatened a Southern walkout if those two symbolic Democratic seat were left in because it will turn the party over to the ‘Negras’ and letting Martin Luther King make decisions as to who can be ‘Democrats’. Without any public acknowledgment, those acts turned the partisans’ structure of the political system of the United States of America upside down and it remains that way to date. The Civil Rights movement pressed the assurances of the promise of democracy. It is the “Essence of Patriotism” which confronted systems that deny people the use of their natural strengths that comes together to benefit everyone and subjugate people and figuring out ways of reproduction to set in motion these freedoms of strength of everyone and increase the economy and the ties that bind us together.

Taylor Branch’s Book encompasses the Peak Years of the life of Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. just as a matter of coincidence. The year 1954, Dr. King took his first church, so he started his career, exactly at a short career. Because he was only 39 years old when he was killed. His short career exactly matches those 14 years.
The year 1963 is the anniversary of the time that the above mentioned Civil rights actions began.
Dr. Kings Civil Right endeavor, under the Cloud of God’s Witnesses, Hebrews 12 (KJV), Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us when Segregation was Insidious beyond our Consciousness. But when you stop and think; in 1964 there were no women at Yale and no women at the University of North Carolina by state law. The student body was 95 percent male because there were no female students of any race at the university; those professions were closed. The idea of women at West Point was beyond the vision of the most visionary person. Of course, the word “GAY” had not even been invented. It was criminal behavior in all States, and it was known as “Segregation” the practice that we dare not speak its name. Beyond that, there were no seat belts in automobiles because people said that would-be socialism. George Wallace pledged to defend segregation forever. When he failed and the dam broke, it broke not just for the disabled, the elderly, and Women across the span. Within a few short years of the time of the Civil Rights Movement the first female rabbi was ordained. She was a veteran of the Civil-Rights Movement, the demonstration struggling within herself about what
Racial Separation Meant.

This History reveals that Dr. King’s Forces of Freedom Movement set loose the widest liberation in human history far beyond the Racial Caste System that was deeply imbedded in the Southern States. The Foundation of the Civil Rights Movement; Diversity & Inclusion woven into the Fabric of our Nation, Voting Rights, Equal Citizenship (spawned) liberty, justice, and equality.

In my aforementioned Blog, the mention of “The Melting Pot” is attributed to the Darkness Of Mean Spiritedness throughout our Nation at these times. Kindness is not winning in America right now; It does not define enough of our Nation at the moment. It does not drive enough of our Leaders. It does not motivate enough of our Conversations. In Fact, it evaporated with President Bill Clinton’s Administration Balanced Budget which lasted from January 1993 to January 2001.

The Tribulations Of Job Outsourcing Of U.S. Companies, Sequestration under President Obama’s Administration, the Effects Of Economic Downturns with Government Shutdowns, the near Recession Conditions, which highlighted the “Economic Divide” (especially Gross Income & Unemployment Rates) between the White and Black Races based solely on Racist Governmental Policies. The Democrats experienced the election outcome as an “Ego Shock” and following the election any higher levels of negative emotions and lower levels of self-esteem created these Conditions of EVIL DARKNESS.

Led by an Angry Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and Jerry Nadler the Democrat Party quit on our Nation and Embarked on the unprecedented Partisan Impeachment Crusade And Unconstitutional Abuse Of Power by Democrat Lawmakers, unequaled in nearly two and a half centuries of American legislative history. Words used to describe President Trump were grotesque bigot, misogynist, enemy of the working class, buffoon, white supremacist, and spoiled brat. He is Blamed for all of America’s Evil from Treason to the Common Cold.
These Structures of Hateful Attitudes and Widespread Anger in American politics is directed at our President Donald Trump and the portion American People who openly support His Administration. “The rise of Donald Trump, and the embarrassing failure of the American state to respond effectively to the coronavirus, has proved to the world that the United States is no longer exceptional nor, in President Barack Obama’s word, indispensable. The inability of the American government to protect its citizens from a pandemic and provide global leadership vividly illustrates that American exceptionalism is dead. This might be a good thing. American exceptionalism has allowed Americans on the left and right alike to pretend that we could evade the problems facing other societies. Now Is The Time To Accept The Reality That We Are Part Of The World And Its History, Not Exceptions To It.”

I have the Faith of Jesus Christ, that we Black Race and White Race of American People will pick up the Gauntlet of Freedom for The Civil Rights Movement And The Second Reconstruction, 1945—1968, See Webpage and read for yourselves; (https://history.house.gov/Exhibitions-and-Publications/BAIC/Historical-Essays/Keeping-the-Faith/Civil-Rights-Movement/). To apportion the Age-old Cliché saying, to my Contribution to further Civil Rights, thus far, during my Lifetime (1950 – 1985) is “Understanding the syndrome “You can’t fight city hall ▬ thankless and a futile tasks of speaking against ‘For Colored Only’ signs in Public places, being ‘Bussed to School,’ and morphing as Military Leader in setting Positive Trends to create bonds and tolerances between shipmates of all Races lay this groundwork for Future Black Military Leaders. And now; I am using Social Media to reach out to all People, Black People in general to encourage a Focus of their efforts on the Truth of the Word of God (Bible), the Life’s Value of being a Christian and the Factual provision of Truth about Racism as applied to Black Race’s Civil Rights.” IF YOU CAN’T CHANGE WHAT YOU BELIEVE-YOU WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR LIFE. YOUR FAITH IS WHAT YOU BELIVE. BELIEVE RIGHT & LIVE RIGHT. I want to encourage People of all Races to want to search for the “Starting Point” of this Evil of Racism. Here are some Facts about our History that you all must research for yourselves; The Era of Reconstruction, the most turbulent and controversial times in American history, provided for the co-mingling of the Civil Rights of the White Race and the newly freed Black Race. This caused all of the individual State’s rights to come under the power of the Federal Government in order to guarantee complaince with the order to restore NATIONAL UNITY. This was America’s first experiment in INTERRACIAL DEMOCRACY. Just as the fate of slavery was central to the meaning of the Civil War, the 13th (1865), [freed the slaves], the 14th (1868) [made the slaves citizens], and the 15th (1870) [gave the freed men the right to vote] AMENDMENTS to The Constitution of the United States of America are central to the permanent end to slavery. The Reconstruction era was relevant back then, and still remains relevant today because of the issues central to it – The Role Of The Federal Government In Protecting The Black Citizens’ Rights, And Promote Economic And Racial Justice – which, as of to date, are still unresolved because Some White public appointees interprets the structure of Laws and Modify them to meet their standards.
I’m Crying Out To All Of You; To Correct Me Where There Is Wrong And HELP ME TO REACH OUT AND CONNECT ALL OF OUR PEOPLE.

MY OPINION, Individual States Rights are where the Constitutionally “Guaranteed Complaince” Disconnects between everyday Citizens and the “LOCAL GOVERNMENTS” where the Laws that Govern the Police Departments are made. States’ rights refer to the political rights and powers granted to the states of the United States by the U.S. Constitution. Under the doctrine of states’ rights, the federal government is not allowed to interfere with the powers of the states reserved or implied to them by the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

These “Repetitive” Performances in the Network of Government-Sponsored Brutality in these States brings to the FOREFRONT the “Failures” of the most fundamental protection in the U.S. CONSTITUTION: the RIGHT TO LIFE. This “Network” Collaborates action between States to provide the “Subversion” of Constitutional mandated MORAL ORDER ▬ delegated structures for “WHITE SUPREMACY” that maintains “SEPARATE BUT EQUAL” statuses for BLACK AMERICANS in Year 2020. State Constitutions & Local Laws allows for “Government Sanctioned” Demonization & Criminalization of Unarmed Black People by Police and Elected Officials
This is the same Phenom on called; “Failed Memory”, Faulty Memory, which was the Dangerous Part Of History that is in that Era (Mis-remembering). This ongoing product of “WHITE SUPREMACY” is the “Bedrock” of America’s “Broken Government.” This “Hatred” is irrevocably tied up in anti-Blackness—a socialized way of stereotyping, stigmatizing, and discarding Black people in ways that oppress and harm them. These Policemen do not value “Justice and Fair play” to the Black People and never respected the “Solemn Vow” in their Oath of Office to support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of their State and to bear true faith and allegiance and defend them against enemies, foreign and domestic to discharge their duties of a peace officer faithfully and impartially. This Lack of “Courage” and “Honor” precipitates their campaigns of “HATRED” and “VIOLENCE” which is in tune with our government regulation of Slavery which endowed our Black “Race” as non-human to be owned as Chattel. The United States of America had only a “White Race” of People; self-righteous in their disdain toward other citizens that don’t share their views and differences. The People of our Nation must Engage “Conjunctions” of Unless, Until, And We Want as Ultimations are Engaged in “Unity of Purpose” to make this Nation live up to its Creed, “All Men Are Created Equal.” We must Come Together, and Cooperate With Each Other, and Work with each other, and Become the “The Part” of the “Whole.” We must “Belong” to “Something Greater Than Us” (the Part). The quotation “All Men Are Created Equal” is part of the U.S. Declaration of Independence, which Thomas Jefferson penned in 1776 during the beginning of the American Revolution. The phrase was present in Jefferson’s original draft of the declaration. Together We can make our Nation “Greater Than The Sum Of All Of Its Parts.” Then we will Truly annihilate The “Contradiction” between the claim that “all men are created equal” and the existence of American slavery.

American People are Witness to the Furtherance of this Movement by “Standing on the shoulders of Martin Luther King, Jr and his Cloud of Witnesses.”
Never again can we go back to those dark times when Fear and Hatred, like a contagion, infected our Nation. And we must never lose sight of Our Common Humanity, Our Common Values, And Our Common Decency which rang in Concert to Our Nation’s Founding motto, E PLURIBUS UNUM ▬ “Out of Many, One” The meaning of the phrase originates from the concept that out of the union of the original Thirteen Colonies emerged a new single nation. It is emblazoned across the scroll and clenched in the Eagle’s Beak on the Great Seal of the United States (was still considered the de facto motto of the United States from its early history).

“WE THE PEOPLE” means all the people. Because Governments can’t Legislate Tolerance Or Eradicate Hate.
Each one of us has to find the beauty in our differences instead of fear. This is about “Remembrance” of Our Nation’s History in Civics when our children were taught about the civic institutions and the processes through which decisions are made for the common good of the community and they also develop the skills and understandings that relate to the organization of a harmonious democratic society. Civics (study of citizenship and government) was removed from American School Curriculum sometime during the 1960s.

America’s Internal Strife; Partial List Of (Mainly) Man-Made Natural Evils; accepted as common social behavior specifically directed at other people, are Acts; Rooted & Grounded in White American psychoanalysis that failed to acknowledge and reconcile African American slavery, Native-American Genocide that caused Extermination of many of its indigenous people. The BASIS of these atrocities is “Government Sanctioned” with NO ACTION Alternatives on how these Victimized Groups are likely to encounter the opportunity to engage in Repair And Recognition.

“Black Lives Matter” has convulsed the nation. Triggered by the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, in August 2014, the Black Lives Matter movement holds that racist police officers are the greatest threat facing young black men today. This belief has triggered riots, “die-ins,” the murder and attempted murder of police officers, a campaign to eliminate traditional grand jury proceedings when police use lethal force, and a presidential task force on policing.” Today the Black Lives Matter Movement has morphed to include Global Network Managing Director, Kailee Scales & rapper/activist/author Mysonne Linen in this new movement and ongoing fight to end State-sanctioned violence, liberate Black people, and end white supremacy forever. The New theme will include the liberation work and how the murders of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and Rayshard Brooks, among others, have traumatized the global community and so many others around the world to enhance their take to the streets in peaceful protest. Such campaigns are inevitably undermined when they are hijacked by ideological groups with other agendas or those who resort to violence. The ensuing confusion explains why in recent days we have seen major media outlets and politicians defending and even encouraging violent action. Some who have condemned looting, arson, and physical attacks have even been accused of supporting white supremacy, a vile and disingenuous charge that is almost certainly intended to quash dissent. This has largely come about because activists, many of them white and middle-class, have taken the opportunity to exploit a worthy cause. The essential work of standing up against police brutality, as evinced by the unforgivable treatment of Floyd, is being obscured by a culture war that is freewheeling out of control.

In a Democracy, the People Rule. The Times Now is lived on the “Whims” of Some Engaged Citizens who set the “Tables” for the silent Masses who follow suit. These People acted in concert to the Acceptance of Enactment of “Declarations” that Legalized Marijuana; Instituted the ”War On Drug’s” deeply rooted staple of bipartisan type of anti-blackness, construed Founders Language to inaugurate Citizens United Ruling For Special Interest Groups, DECREED “Public Safety” Laws affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people, Legal Abortion, Jurisdictional implementation of “sanctuary policies” ▬ bar state and local officials from examining illegal immigrants, and pervasive forms of “Sanctuary City Policies” to prevent/limit state and local Authority cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This is the continuation of “Failed Memory”, Faulty Memory,
which is now a Dangerous Part Of History in Present Day (Mis-remembering).

In the year 2019, prior to this Coronavirus -19 Pandemic Crucial Problems facing our Nation caused City & State Budgets shortfalls where states have adopted Pragmatic Policies designed to treat Illegal Aliens & Undocumented immigrants opportunities to thrive at the expense of its American Citizens (contrary to United States immigration policies) whose workers and their children are harmed and weaken the economy.
We as a People; must Re-Focus our Engagement in Life and base your decision on how you can make the most progress towards your goals with the time and resources available.
Take Part in State & Local Politics by electing Government Officials to represent the concerns and ideas of all of its citizens. Give back the power of our Federal Government to enforce the State Laws to Protect all citizens.
I am using Social Media to reach out to all People, Black People in general to encourage a Focus of their efforts on the Truth of the Word of God (Bible), the Life’s Value of being a Christian, and the Factual provision of Truth about Racism as applied to Black Race’s Civil Rights.”

IF YOU CAN’T CHANGE WHAT YOU BELIEVE-YOU WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR LIFE. YOUR FAITH IS WHAT YOU BELIEVE. BELIEVE RIGHT & LIVE RIGHT.

I want to encourage People of all Races to want to search for the “Starting Point” of this Evil of Racism.
