This day, I ask, before you begin to read this Article, look into your Heart and “Put Humility” first in your Thinking. The Title of this Theme can possibly emanate “Dismay” from people who will Feel un-nerved or appalled at me for crossing a Line or being “Radical” in my thinking. My only intention is to SHARE a portion of my “Reaction” to another segment of “POLICE BRUTALITY” to the best of my abilities and understanding. The main requirement is “believing” that this is ONLY, MY OPINION.

George Floyd was Killed while restrained by a police officer in the middle of a Minneapolis street in broad daylight while he pleaded, “I Can’t Breathe!” A “Repetition” of a performance in the network of government-sponsored brutality in the state of Minnesota. Another “Failure” of the most fundamental protection in the U.S. CONSTITUTION: the RIGHT TO LIFE. That “Network” is provided by “Subversion” of its MORAL ORDER ▬ delegated structures for “WHITE SUPREMACY” that mandated “SEPARATE BUT EQUAL” statuses for BLACK AMERICANS.

This ongoing product of “WHITE SUPREMACY” in the MURDER of George Floyd is the “Bedrock” of America’s “Broken Government.” This “Hatred” is irrevocably tied up in anti-Blackness—a socialized way of stereotyping, stigmatizing and discarding Black people in ways that oppress and harm them. These Policemen did not value “Justice and Fair play” to George Floyd, and never respected the “Solemn Vow” in their Oath of Office to support the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of the State of Minnesota and to bear true faith and allegiance and defend them against enemies, foreign and domestic to discharge their duties of a peace officer faithfully and impartially. This Lack of “Courage” and “Honor” precipitates their campaigns of “HATRED” and “VIOLENCE” which is in tune with our government regulation of Slavery which endowed our Black “Race” as non-human to be owned as Chattel. The United States of America had only a “White Race” of People; self-righteous in their disdain toward other citizens that don’t share their views and differences.

My utter frustration, anger, and outrage are that the government has not come through with a plan of action that is dignified and comprehensive to tackle the core concerns that the average American feels. Summation of this “barbaric murder” of George Floyd as follows:
TRUTH: A video showing Derek Chauvin, a white police officer who knelt on George Floyd’s neck even after he pleaded he could not breathe. Simultaneously, two other officers Thomas Lane and J. Alexander Kueng helped pin him down by applying pressure on his back while officer Tou Thao, a fourth officer at the scene, stood by and watched. The young man died due to asphyxia caused by compression to his neck and back.
COLORS: The City of Minneapolis Government prepared the Departmental Strategy for Success to maintain the “System of Impunity” of its Official Secrecy. These are the “Justice System Participants” includes: politicians, lawyers, judges and justices, members or potential members of a jury, confidential informants, witnesses, peace officers or any members of a police force, and anyone employed in court administration. The “FORCE” nurtures a “Culture of Impunity” ▬ right to know and effectively challenge the opposing case has long been recognized as a fundamental feature of the judicial process. This gives the government the power to decide that certain evidence might cause “damage” or “harm” to the public interest, and therefore must be given in secret. The SPIN, as applied to conditions contrary to actual events, puts forth “Self-focused Motives:” using deception to enhance or protect their self-image, wanting to shield themselves from anger, embarrassment, or criticism. The “Code of Silence” is wrapped in their perpetual statements of being “Under Investigations.”
DECEPTION: live Televised News Conferences:
• Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo declared that the four Police Officers Derek Chauvin, Thomas Lane, J.A. Kueng and Tou Thoa were ‘complicit’ in the death of George Floyd and immediately fired them.
• Minneapolis District Attorney Mike Freeman declared that Former Police Officer Derek Chauvin was charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. Former Officers — Thomas Lane, J.A. Kueng and Tou Thoa — have not been charged.
• The HEADS of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the Major Cities Chiefs Association promptly issued statements of support for that move and denounced the prolonged suffocation of Floyd captured on cellphone video and soon streamed around the world.
• The official preliminary examination carried out by the county medical examiner denoted underlying health conditions played a role in Mr. Floyd’s death.
IN REALITY: Independent autopsy and Minnesota officials determined that George Floyd’s death was homicide. The findings differ from an official preliminary examination carried out by the county medical examiner. He died due to asphyxia, resultant to compression to the neck and back.

HOPE: my belief and view of these protests, marked by an “Encore of HATRED & VIOLENCE,” is that it is “deeply personal” to millions of Americans and residents of the United States who are more tender or sensitive to this PLIGHT of Black people being killed by POLICEMEN. Many Citizens now have time to go to a protest or a rally; they are thinking, “This isn’t right and I want to make time, and I have the ability to make time now and make my concerns heard.”

The “Free Will” of American people provides for arbitrary shifting of “Norms” (shared expectations of behavior) for Society are normally violated in practice, which tends to be manifested privately/publicly as a matter of choice without consequence. In order for MORALITY to be upheld and for DEGENERATION to be effectively measured, standards must exist as points of moral reference. On a corporate scale, all governments and their legal and educational institutions operate out of some basic moral beliefs, making complete separation of State from moral ideology impossible. In America, it was widely held that, in the words of Theodore Roosevelt, “To educate a man in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society”, with the morality referred to being foundationally that of the Bible.

The FOUNDATION of “AMERICA” was “DEFECTIVE” at the onset when White America’s Founders did not abolish the institution of slavery in the establishment of a nation dedicated to the cause of LIBERTY AND FAIR PLAY for its population. RECONSTRICTION ERA of the “Thirteen Colonies” borne “DISORDER” that accompanied the Tyranny of post “SLAVERY” and set AMERICA’S RACIAL DIVIDE with prejudices to justify the “Norms” that “Blacks“ are inferior to “Whites” in the endowments of body and mind in contrasting WHITE RACIAL ATTITUDES which are without SHAME AND GUILT. Some aspects of those precepts, pertaining to the ALLEGED INFERIORITY OF BLACKS and the desire to MAKE BLACKS POWERLESS, will continue to “Haunt” the HARMONY among the African-America and White citizens of its population.

Enactment of “DECLARATIONS” that LEGALIZED MARIJUANA; Instituted the ”WAR ON DRUG’S” a deeply rooted staple of bipartisan type of anti-blackness, construed FOUNDERS LANGUAGE to inaugurate CITIZENS UNITED RULING for SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS, DECREED “Public Safety” Laws affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people, Legal Abortion, Jurisdictional implementation of “sanctuary polices” ▬ bar state and local officials from examining illegal immigrants, and pervasive forms of “Sanctuary City Polices” to prevent/limit state and local Authority cooperation with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), MANIPULATED the Supremacy Clause of the “SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND” by FACTIONS (Special Interest Groups) who skewed truth of “BIG PICTURE” of American Justice. ARBORTRARILY restructured the definition of CRIMES for the modern era to undercut CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEE of DUE PROCESS. PROMOTION of conditions endemic to market Societies lead to high crime rates because they undercut and overwhelm more traditional principles that “have historically sustained individuals, families, and communities.” The United States is the world’s premier market society and its culture provides “a particular fertile breeding ground for serious violent crime,” because these “profoundly criminogenic and closely intertwined mechanisms” operate in a market society to produce crime.

Willful Acts of CONGRESSIONAL CORRUPTION (overly beholden to corporations, wealthy donors and special interests) created “Perpetual Subversion” of established standards of AMERICA‘S dominant two-party system. Decades of this crisis of governance with virulent partisanship and out-of-touch politicians has chronic failures which caused Loss of the Faith of its citizens. The process of degradation affects US citizens and all those around the world who hold up the US democratic system as a paradigm worthy of emulation.

The centuries of injustice, malfeasance, outright race-based terrorism designed for Antihalation of the “Black Race” reigned supreme in the early years through the “Jim Crow Laws,” “Ku Klux Klan” as Led by the “Redeemers,” in league with other southern elites. The later years orchestrated this “status Quo” through Economic Discrimination and Disenfranchisement of the “Black Race” through Government sanctioned Societal racism structured in a way that excluded Black people from taking part in social institutions. The oppression of Educational keys to evolve Black Americans stemmed from the anti-literacy laws during slavery s inherent through America’s “institutional systemic policies” are maintained through increasingly racist and exclusionary education polices that operate beneath a veneer of professed tolerance and diversity. The “Systematic Inequality” of structured Racism in workforce policies of America’s created the Black-White Wealth Gap to maintain disadvantaged “Socio-Economic” status for the “Black Race.” leads to increased “Poverty Levels” among the Black people.

This MALFEASANT; (GREED & TREACHERY) gripped many of our SOCIETY through DECEPTION of TRUST and through TRICKERY and the establishment of FLAWED BELIEFS. There is a yawning legal and moral gap between First Amendment–protected activity. Legally protected protest is safe. It’s consistent with the best traditions of American dissent. It’s true what “democracy looks like.” Mob action, by contrast, is dangerous. It creates an imminent risk of personal harm. It’s designed to frighten and intimidate. There is no place for the mob in a constitutional republic. As in the Axiomatic declarations of renowned Evangelists:

“America won’t unravel because of the Taliban or AL Qaida. America won’t come apart because of Abortion and Homosexuality; there is one reason that America can Fail; that is if America Fails to Honor the God of this Universe” – _{Dr. Mike Murdock (2009)}
